Commissions

All commission pieces are handmade from scratch. I will work closely with you on the design brief before beginning your order, and I’ll keep you updated with progress throughout. A final image will be shared before your piece is shipped.

Due to the handmade nature of my work, small variations or imperfections may occur. These are part of the process and add to the individuality and character of each piece.

Wholesale

I am currently accepting wholesale and stockist orders.

Please note:

I do not supply items on a shelf rental or sale-or-return basis.

Wholesale orders are created in a similar way to commissions, based on a design brief for multiple pieces.

Each item is individually handmade, and my wholesale pricing reflects the time and care involved in this process.

Shop Purchases

You can browse and purchase available pieces directly through my online shop.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 5–7 working days. As I work around the full-time care of my son and additional part time role, this timeframe ensures each order is carefully and securely packaged.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs include packaging materials and the time taken to carefully wrap your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me via the contact form as soon as possible, including your order number.

Orders can be fully refunded if they have not yet been dispatched.

If already shipped, refunds will be issued once the item is returned, minus the original postage cost.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days using the contact form.

Items must be returned within 14 days for assessment.

I no longer accept photographic evidence alone.

Refunds (excluding shipping) will be issued within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: items sold as “seconds” are non-refundable and non-returnable. Be sure to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
