Commissions
All commission orders are handmade from scratch, I will collaborate with you over the design brief before I commence the order. I will remain in contact with progress updates throughout the commission and send you a final image update before I ship the piece
Handmade items may have small defects or imperfections due to the nature of their creation. I embrace the small handmade characteristics and imperfections as they compliment the individuality and character of each piece.
Wholesale
I am currently accepting wholesale and stockist orders
I do not rent shelf space or stock items on a sale or return basis.
My wholesale orders are completed like a general commission, based on a design brief for 10+ pieces.
Each piece still requires an individual production process, please be aware my discount rate for wholesalers and stockists reflects this.
My entire back catalogue is available for wholesalers and stockists. This can be viewed across my social media platforms.

Shipping of shop items
My standard order processing time is 5-7 working days. I work around the full time care of my son and this timeframe allows the time needed to make sure all orders are safely and securely packed.
UK parcels are sent using the Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, and International parcels are all sent using a Royal Mail’s International tracked service.
Your tracking information will be provided when your order is updated as shipped.
My shipping prices include the cost of packaging materials and the time it takes to snugly wrap and pack your order.
Shop purchases - Returns & Refunds
Please use the contact form if you change your mind and wish to cancel an order or you have placed. I will need to check the status of the order, so please include your order number in your message. Returns are fully refunded if the order has not yet shipped and refunded less the postage fee once the order has been returned.
* Please note all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer *
If your order arrives damaged please contact me using the contact form within 5 days so I can discuss the process for a refund with you. I will require a photograph of the outerbox if there is obvious damage and a photograph of the damaged item.
Damaged items are fully refunded less shipping costs.
Any sale of an item that is sold as a "seconds" piece is final, and refunds and returns are not applicable on these pieces. Please read these listing descriptions carefully before purchasing.
