Buying Handmade

All handmade items on this website have been created here in my little studio. The handmade ceramic process can be a fickle and cruel one. There may be defects and small handmade characteristics found on my pieces; I embrace these imperfections as they compliment the individuality and character of each piece and the nature of their creation.

Wholesale

I am currently accepting wholesale orders, please use the contact form to enquire.

As a small batch potter working by myself I do not have the capacity to make large production orders and still be able to offer a significant discount. I am happy to discuss larger orders and the discount am able to offer if you would like to stock my work.

Shipping

My standard order processing time is 5-7 working days. I work around the full time care of my son and this timeframe allows the time needed to make sure all orders are safely and securely packed.

UK parcels are sent using the Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, and International parcels are all sent using a Royal Mail’s International tracked service.

Your tracking information will be provided when your order is updated as shipped.

My shipping prices include the cost of packaging materials and the time it takes to snugly wrap and pack your order.

I am proactivly trying to reduce my use of plastic and increase my use of recyclable materials. I am a creature of habit and you may still find a sneaky slither of bubble wrap in your packaging.

Did you know you can use bubble wrap to protect your plants from the frost in the winter? Please re-use the bubble wrap from your order wherever you can.

Returns & Refunds

Please use the contact form if you change your mind and wish to cancel an order or you have placed. I will need to check the status of the order, so please include your order number in your message. Returns are fully refunded if the order has not yet shipped and refunded less the postage fee once the order has been returned.

* Please note all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer *

If your order arrives damaged please contact me using the contact form within 5 days so I can discuss the process for a refund with you. I will require a photograph of the outerbox if there is obvious damage and a photograph of the damaged item.

Damaged items are fully refunded less shipping costs.

Any sale of an item that is sold as a "seconds" piece is final, and refunds and returns are not applicable on these pieces. Please read these listing descriptions carefully before purchasing.
